This policy explains what information OCISpecialists.com collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep this short and plain, the way we keep everything else.

OCISpecialists.com is an independent Oracle Cloud Infrastructure consultancy. We are not affiliated with Oracle Corporation and we are not an Oracle reseller. We operate from Austin, London, and Singapore.
We only collect the information you choose to send us through our forms. That typically means your name, your work email address, your company, your job title, and whatever you write in a message or assessment request. Our forms are processed by Formspree, which passes your submission to us by email. We do not run our own tracking database of visitors.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.
We treat your information as confidential. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our form processor and email provider, and only to the extent they need it to do that job. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, or as long as the law requires.
You can unsubscribe from The OCI Brief at any time using the link in any issue. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we do not publish a contact email, please send any such request through our contact form and we will action it.
We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell audience data. Any cookies present are there to keep the site functioning correctly.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear.
Send them through our contact form and a specialist will respond. We answer privacy questions the same way we answer technical ones, plainly.
